1. Acceptance of Terms
By using shopexagency.com or engaging Shopex LLC for services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
Shopex LLC provides AI Revenue Operations consulting and development services. All project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed in writing before work begins.
3. Payments
- All prices are in USD
- Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements
- Shopex LLC reserves the right to pause work if payments are delayed beyond agreed terms
4. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of all custom code and deliverables built for them
- Shopex LLC retains the right to mention the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing
5. Confidentiality
- Shopex LLC treats all client business information as confidential
- We do not share client data, workflows, or systems with third parties
6. Limitation of Liability
Shopex LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of delivered systems. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA (jurisdiction of incorporation).
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
